Our beauty team is there for you from Monday till Saturday from 9.00 – 18.30. We always try our best to accommodate your wishes and therefore recommend that you make reservations for your appointment before arrival.You can contact us by telephone at +49 (0) 9923/84100 or by e-mail at

You will receive your exact appointment plan on arrival.

Cancelations:

Please understand that any cancelations or changes require 1 day’s notice, otherwise we are obliged to charge 80% of the price. Please bear in mind that it isn’t possible to completely change your reservations after your arrival.

Clothing

Come in a bathrobe with your underwear or swimming costume. The massages are best enjoyed without clothing. Parts of your body will be covered during the massage to protect your modesty.

Good to know:

Our spa is a refuge of peace and relaxation. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not bring your mobile phone. Please understand that should you arrive late for your appointment we must give consideration to the following guests and keep to our schedule.

  • sauna area with Finish sauna, herbal bath, aroma steam bath, brine bath, bubbling footbath and shower sensations (open daily from 11:00 until 19:00)
  • atmospheric relaxation area with hammocks
  • idyllic wellness garden with shell-shaped loungers
  • tea bar in wellness area with fresh fruit, tasty juices and spring water
  • Fluffy bathrobes and fresh towels in your own personal bathing bag (for the duration of your visit!)
