Cycling and mountain biking on top of the “green roof of Europe”.
The holiday centre of Kaikenried, is in the municipality of the Lower Bavarian market town of Teisnach in the Bavarian Forest.
Here, in the middle of splendid rolling countryside, mountain-bikers and cyclists will find numerous well signposted tours.

Mountain-biking in Arberland/Bavarian Forest

The bike park Geiskopf is the largest mountain-bike park in Europe and will entice you with 10 different trails of varying difficulty.

Our tip: cross the border for a cycling tour in the Bohemian Fores

A variety of well signposted nationwide cycling routes await you in the Bavarian/Bohemian border country. The Regental cycle route, a 140km National Park trail through the Bohemian Forest and the Zellertal cycle route from Bodenmais to Bad Kötzing will certainly fulfil all your wishes.

From April to October mountain-bikes are available at the hotel free of charge.
