Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 15:00. On departure we request that you vacate your room by 11:00.

Oswald’s Luxury full board:

This begins with lunch on arrival from 12:30 and ends on your departure day with the breakfast buffet at 10:30. Any activities included in the Luxury full board which are not taken up, cannot be credited. For bed and breakfast only a discount of 15 Euros per person and per day applies.

Oswald’s Spa extension:

Extend your holiday enjoyment! On the day of your departure you are naturally welcome to make use of our wellness area until 18:00 at a charge of 30 Euros per person.

This includes midday buffet and afternoon coffee and cake. Our changing area with safety deposit boxes, hair dryer and mirrors is at your disposal.

For our Dog Lovers:

Naturally, on request, it is possible to bring your dog (knee high with short hair). Unfortunately, we cannot allow your four legged friend access to the restaurant, wellness area and sunbathing area.

We charge 10 Euros per day (without food) and would ask that you bring a basket or cover. We reserve the right to charge for any eventual cleaning necessary.

Lift:

All rooms including the restaurant, lobby, reception and wellness area are easily accessible by lift.

Parking:

Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel for all our guests.

Conferences at Hotel Oswald:

Our seminar room can accommodate up to 24 people and is equipped with the latest seminar equipment (beamer, projection screen, WLAN, sound system, flip chart and moderations tools etc.). On request we are happy to offer an individual seminar price.

Cancelation:

Cancelations up to 3 weeks before arrival are without cost. Later cancelations or early departure will be charged at 80% of the room price.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend you take advantage of our travel insurance. This covers all cancelation fees resulting from an accident, illness or death of the guest, their children and parents. Further information is available on our homepage or by telephone.

Payment:

You can settle your hotel bill in cash or with an EC Card. We also accept all credit cards, but must charge an additional 3% of the bill.

Special reservation requests:

We are happy to take your room and table wishes into consideration. But please understand that we are unable to guarantee specific floor, room number or table requests.

Prices:

All prices are in Euros and include VAT and other charges. Bookings are only valid with a written confirmation. Should the price in your booking confirmation differ from the stated prices due to an accounting error on our part, then the price from our current list will always be charged.

Only one discount is allowed. We always calculate the best possible price for you.

With the publication of the new price list, all previous ones lose their validity! Price changes, printing errors and mistakes are excepted.
